What about the imasculating effects of religion.To believe is to perhaps show weakness,thus Southern Baptists.The whole fire and brimstone approach some men bring to religion is in direct response to them feeling less then fully masculine next to there beer swilling womanizing brothers who have not commited to a life of boring Sundays.A man needs to feel hes strong and thus the "your going to hell or else" statement.We as men must add conviction and maybe some consequence to not being a believer.We have to,otherwise we feel stupid going to all the boring church socials 3 days a week when we'd rather be watching tv.
Anybody else have any opinions on men and religion(please dont bring up male preists and little boys)other aspects only please.
